Are you being taught HI REJECTION methods by your upline?

In the post, “The most important thing you can do…” I pose the question:

Why don’t network marketers market more?

“Because,” says 21-year-old entrepreneur Scott Bradley, you “are being taught HI REJECTION methods by the upline.”

Indeed.

Take the popular: “Everyone will want this. It sells itself.”

Or “Anyone can do this.”

These popular pitches to get you in and keep you in are both ridiculously false. But naive people coming into network marketing fall for them every day. They test the promises, get rejected the first three times, and quit. Usually them blame themselves, not the hi rejection methods.

Products don’t sell themselves, and the 95% drop out rate is all the evidence we need about ‘anyone’ being able to do this. So yes, these are high rejection methods you are being taught by your upline.

Continuing to parrot any of the most popular deceptions in NM (“the five worst things to say”) is the number one reason our industry and its members have the low-rent image we have.

Why do we continue to tolerate such high rejection methods and even pass them on, ourselves?

  • Kim,

Thank you for using my quote. I truly appreciate it.

Using rejection free methods is not only the best way…it makes it the most fun because there are No Promises, No Pressure, and No Problems….Just like the mission statement of this site…

You get to deal with people who raise their hand for info…

Just show the info and collect a decision…in the most rejection free way as possible…

Like my sponsor has taught me, and what I teach my people…the money is in the approach.

The more you try to convince and push the products and compensation plans down peoples throats, the more they are going to push back…92% of this population doesn’t like to SELL or be SOLD…bottom line

  • Scott:

Was fun to read your comment. You write: “92% of this population doesn’t like to SELL or be SOLD..”

What is the source of that statistic?

  • Kim,

I learned it from my Upline Roberto Torres. He is an awesome mentor and is an awesome leader to his team.

He has really taught me most of what I know in Network Marketing, including the whole Rejection Free approach. He even wrote an e-book about his experience that I give away for free.

The title of the E-Book is called “How To Transition From Failure To Success.” It is a story how he transitioned from Failure To Success In Network Marketing over the course of his 7 years of experience in the industry.

If you would like a copy for yourself you can get one by going to my blog (sig file) and clicking the link on the right panel. It will take you to the site, fill out the form, and you will have the E-Book in hand!

He has taught me that the reason he feels so many people fail in MLM is because they get sick and tired of doing the High* Rejection methods and don’t get anywhere. They go out and do what the upline tells them, and then boom…No No No…Quit…

He is really awesome and has taught me so much.

Why do you think so many people fail Kim?

  • It seems today that we are so much in a hurry to get paid that we tend to overlook “listening” to our prospects. When we listen with compassion, we’ll hear everything a person wants to tell us about what they are looking for.
