Competitive intelligence:

Who here knows at least FIVE competitive products to yours, that your customer might be using, might be considering, or probably knows about?

Competitive: Similar pricing. Similar but perhaps different promises. Comparable but of course not identical ingredients.

Advisors always know what else is out there… that their customer or potential customer might be using, looking at or hear about.
