Another little tidbit from the mucky-muck marketing program I am in…
“We are not promising to make you rich. We’ll show you what worked for us. Is that OK with you? Can you agree with that?”
The audience listening to this, about 350 participants, had paid $1,595 per person attend – so they could learn how to make money online.
The event was run by two guys who had each had different online product launches. Each of them, separately, had brought in over a million dollars, within 30 days of going live with their product launch.
The crowd’s reaction?
Everyone in the room nodded, laughed and agreed. No one looked dejected or got mad and walked out.
Amazing, huh?

Quite simple really.
1. They are honest from the outset
2. They will have respect from those listening because they are successful
3. They are willing to share
4. they are providing no hype or claims

What can you really say if they never promised to make you rich? All they were promising was to share what worked for them.
As long as they were honest with their Network Marketing Success and the product they offered the audience, no harm.
Sorry to say, I probably wouldn’t sign up for a $1500 seminar unless I was guaranteed I would walk out with profit.
I’ve been to several expensive non MLM Corporate trainings and a few MLM Traingings only to walk out feeling as if they had only summarized and skimmed the information considering the expense.
Guess I’m a little leary based on those experiences.

Brenda – you write:

There is no seminar in the world for $1500 or any price, where you will walk out with a profit, if it requires that YOU do certain things to make it happen.
That is always the bugaboo.
