“In everyone’s life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.”
-Albert Schweitzer, philosopher, physician, musician,
Nobel laureate (1875-1965)
Sometimes the person you encounter – who rekindles that
inner spirit – is not famous. Not a guru. Not anyone you
even liked much – at first.
That’s what recently happened to me. The person who rekindled my own drive to
leverage what I do now to an ultimate extreme, isn’t even someone I initially liked.
But I was affected, anyway. Oi vey.
Bottom line: You never know who that person might be, who rekindles your
inner flame. Might even be someone you don’t like much. At least not at first.
Stay open. Hehehe.
