  • I like it Kim…there is something about hearing your voice that makes me feel a little less alone in my little office of one employee – me (CEO 🙂 I feel connected to you and reminded of the whole New School philosophy when I hear your voice. Thanks for all you do and for making it fun too.

  • How fun! Everyone can spare a minute.

    KK1MM — “Kim Klaver 1-Minutes Messages”

Podcast #1 is an excellent reminder. For some reason, it’s not natural to ask for referrals. Maybe that should be my new affirmation, “Just for today, I will ask people who they know . . .” 🙂

  • On an unrelated topic:

Is anyone here on Facebook.com? It’s the first social networking site I’ve joined that I can’t keep myself away from. It is a lot of fun, and so far I’ve been able to connect with about a dozen people with whom I’d lost contact.

There are also some potential business building areas, such as the marketplace and the flyers. (I’ve just started to test these out, so I can’t say how successful they might be.)

  • I love it! And I agree with Sheri B that hearing your voice makes me feel more connected. It makes your message very personal. Bring on #2.

    Thanks, Kim.

  • Hi Kim,

You’re on to something BIG here! Keep it up. My crystal ball sees a bright future for PodCasting as ‘the up & coming’ medium, & those who make use of it.

  • I’m with Sheri . . . think it’s a great way to stay connected to you, especially if we miss one of your live conference calls and there’s no recording posted in the Listening Bar.
I also think it would be a plus for your International members.

  • Great first recording.

I think you missed something, though.

She was saying TOO much. She was talking about way too many things. She should have been reminded to focus on one thing and one thing only.

And then refer her to your CD’s! lol

  • Wow — just heard #1 and am as anxious as everyone else to get to the second Podcast. Kim, you have such a natural, relaxed way of speaking — I know we each feel like it’s a personal conversation, not a broadcast. VERY cool.
