How we treat reps (before and after they buy in)

Thursday is new school/old school day.

OLD: Love ’em and leave ’em.
NEW: Nurture and support them.

Who gets the first class treatment?

Prospective reps?
Signed-up Reps?

Who gets the glitzy meetings and the rapt attention of the top bananas? Who gets your attention?

Once she’s signed up, does she becomes unimportant except for the monthly call to see if she’s “done anything?”

Traditional companies treat prospective and existing customers the same way.

Weird, huh?

Love ’em and leave ’em is old school. Of course that’s not the way you treat your babies, is it?

  • OH YES…. I have been treated this way…..calls ONLY when volume goes down or whatever…… demoralizing.(do “they” think we are stupid and dont think? duh!) and just left a company which did this… but dont believe I am guilty of this.
