  • I always love to talk to potential customers. Potential recruits on the other hand has me nervous. I would love to do my business with just customers, customers, and more customers, but I realize I could get where I want to go much quicker by training others to do what I do.

  • My predominant strategy is getting customers since it is easier to explain and less confusing for the prospect. I would love it, though, if I had a bunch of recruits who work as hard as I do. The customer service involved with a large customer base can be a lot at times and it would be nice to have help with it.

It’s all good though…beats going to the office every day!

  • I love my company’s products so much that talking about them is easier than talking about the business. But now that I’m learning (thank you Kim!) ways to talk about the business in a comfortable way, I want to build a team so more people can learn about the products than I can get to myself. Plus I want more women to feel better about the prospects of a secure retirement, so I need to focus more on recruiting.

  • I guess I am different… I find it easier to talk about the business side of things. Okay maybe not easier, but I know that recruiting leads to a lot more business volume with those who are seriously pursuing to build a business.

I can also relate to people who just want to be customers, but I am also coaching them how to refer their friends so they can get credit for it. Happy customers can also lead to additional business if they know what to do.

I may be different in my response since I come from a background of 20 years in network marketing and direct sales.

  • I feel much the same as Nancy.

However, if we recruit the right people and not just anyone, then we can make a great passive income off our customers, and out of our Reps customers too. I do belive we can ‘get there’ with a network of customers, as opposed to a network of Reps who are really just customers anyway.

  • I love talking about the products and what they did for me. Then the natural extension has been who wanted to make changes in their health as well and with their product success a business was born. Not only for myself, but for others that could not stop talking about how different they felt. It has grown not only in the US, but in International markets as well, as people talk from their experiences.
