Part II. For recruiters.
(Part I For product lovers here)
Recruiters say “recruiting is where the money is.” Both the “residual” income and the “big” income.
Residual: dictionary definition: Additional pay given to a performer for reruns, repeated use of a film, radio or TV commercial, or the like, in which the performer appears.
Big: Ask how much money they mean. I’ve hear people describe ‘big income’ as $350 to $50,000 per month.
Five questions.
1. Where in the recruiting part of the pay plan is the residual or repeat income?
2. What are the requirements for you to get paid on orders from the reps in your downline? For example, do you need more orders to balance another side? Or do you need certain volume to qualify for your commission or bonus? Etc.
3. What is the refund policy on distributor orders? When is the refund policy disclosed and explained?
4. What do you need to do in dollar volume (versus PV or BV see here) each month to earn whatever money you’d like to make each month? Can you see yourself doing that sales volume (see this post How to make $10,000/mo)?
5. Where does the company pay the most? On the levels closest to you or farther away from you, e.g. level 5+? How long do you estimate it will take you to get that deep in your organization?
Any others? Use comments below.

I love being in the Mia Bella Candle Business just for reason 5. They pay 10% on level one and 10% again on level 6 with 5% on levels 2 through 5. I hope to be in the 5th and 6th level over the next year. Currently crawling in level 4.

Well I’ll give this part a shot!
1. Where in the recruiting part of the pay plan is the residual or repeat income?
In customer reorders, and overrides on distributors autoships as well as a 100% matching bonus on each of your personals.
2. What are the requirements for you to get paid on orders from the reps in your downline? For example, do you need more orders to balance another side? Or do you need certain volume to qualify for your commission or bonus? Etc.
No Jedi Voodoo Master requirements, no hoops no hurdles. It’s pretty simple, you’re either a standard member (single bottle or box order) or premium member (4 bottle order). No drama to qualify, just order the products you love! Premium members do earn 3 times as much as standard members.
3. What is the refund policy on distributor orders? When is the refund policy disclosed and explained?
30 day 100% full or empty bottle money back guarantee. No restocking fees, same for customers and reps (in another company I was in this was not the case. If you were a rep, the only way for a refund was for the product to be “unopened.”)
4. What do you need to do in dollar volume (versus PV or BV see here) each month to earn whatever money you’d like to make each month? Can you see yourself doing that sales volume (see this post How to make $10,000/mo)?
Once again, your product order qualifies you. It takes 200 Premium customers to earn $10,000 residual a month. Everything is dollar for dollar. No PV, BV, CV, VD, LOL, ETC.
5. Where does the company pay the most? On the levels closest to you or farther away from you, e.g. level 5+? How long do you estimate it will take you to get that deep in your organization?
It pays the most on the middle and bottom levels, however since we also have a 100% matching bonus, it only takes a few nylon money women earning a few hundred bucks to earn a sizeable check from your downline. Realistically, to fill a full 2×7 matrix, I’d say 2-4 years, however one could already be earning a six figure income from the customer base alone. So you have your “right now” money from your customers, while building your sales organization. It’s pretty neat. Everybody can get their product for free (i.e. earn enough in commissions to full cover the cost of their product) with just free customers, and are thus less likely to quit and more likely to build a long lasting business, the right way – with customers.
I hope I did ok lol.

1. Where in the recruiting part of the pay plan is the residual or repeat income?
When someone joins our candle company and recruits new distributors, they are paid a 10% residual based on the commissionable volume on their first line and 6th line. Lines 2 through 5 are paid at 5% of the commissionable volume.
2. What are the requirements for you to get paid on orders from the reps in your downline? For example, do you need more orders to balance another side? Or do you need certain volume to qualify for your commission or bonus? Etc.
This is one aspect of this company that I love. As long as you are a candle of the month member (for $39.95 plus shipping and tax) you can earn 10% of the commissionable volume of your first level. When you get atleast 5 distributors on your first line then you can earn a percentage on levels 2-6 (see above). There are no other monthly personal sales quotas to meet to earn a residual from your downline.
3. What is the refund policy on distributor orders? When is the refund policy disclosed and explained?
Any Distributor who chooses to terminate his/her distributorship may return literature and/or products that are in resalable condition at any time within 30 days of purchase and receive an 85% refund. A link to the company policies is on the application when registering online.
4. What do you need to do in dollar volume (versus PV or BV see here) each month to earn whatever money you’d like to make each month? Can you see yourself doing that sales volume (see this post How to make $10,000/mo)?
Tough question to answer as I do not want to make any income claims. And it would also depend on how the product was sold. There are a variety of ways and each pay differently. Could I see it happening? Yes.
5. Where does the company pay the most? On the levels closest to you or farther away from you, e.g. level 5+? How long do you estimate it will take you to get that deep in your organization?
The company pays residual the most on levels 1 and 6 at 10% of the commissionable volume.
Keep these posts coming! :o)
